The Medical Technologist is a specially trained laboratory professional who performs clinical laboratory procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education:

• Classified as a Medical Technologist by an approved educational program.
• Associates degree required.  Bachelor of Science degree preferred.

 

Licensure/Certification:

• ASCP, AAB, AMT, or HEW (HHS)
