Marketing Coordinator - Full Time - Monday-Friday - Day Shift
The Marketing Coordinator provides support to the Marketing Director and executes tasks and projects as assigned. This role is essential in maintaining a consistent brand presence, executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the organization’s target audience, especially within a rural healthcare setting.
- Experience with digital marketing tools including SEO, email marketing, websites, and social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop new content and campaign ideas that align with industry trends and analytics.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of workflows and processes across different mediums such as print, digital, and video.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in creating visual content that reflects design principles and branding standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or GED
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Marketing Director by executing marketing projects and administrative duties as assigned.
- Meet regularly with the Marketing Director to discuss new projects, report progress on existing work, and communicate any questions, issues, or challenges.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to utilize analytics and storytelling to deliver post-campaign reports and presentations for leadership.
- Use data insights and direction from the Marketing Director to develop fresh marketing ideas and create strategic campaigns that support the hospital's goals.
- Respond to website-based email inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Monitor and manage Google Reviews, responding appropriately and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Generate and provide Google Analytics reports to track digital performance and website engagement.
- Gather and report feedback from all social media platforms to assist in evaluating content performance and audience engagement.
- Create and publish engaging and informative content for the organization’s website.
- Develop and schedule content for social media platforms to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Design and produce promotional marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and posters.
- Collaborate with outside vendors for graphic design or production needs when necessary.
- Develop the internal monthly company newsletter, coordinating content and distribution.
- Help plan and coordinate special events for both internal staff and external audiences.
- Attend and represent the hospital at events such as health fairs, wellness events, and community outreach programs to promote hospital service lines.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the hospital’s services and promote them in a positive and professional manner.
- Support various marketing initiatives and events in collaboration with other departments.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent and professional online presence across digital platforms.
- Lead Employee Activities Committee duties including internal company newsletters
Primary Goal
The primary goal of the Marketing Coordinator is to promote the hospital’s services in a positive, professional, and engaging manner. This individual must be well-versed in what the hospital offers and able to communicate those services effectively to various audiences.
