Southern Rehab Services is part of Stephens County Hospital that proudly serves Stephens County and the surrounding areas.  We offer clinical treatments in the areas of orthopedics, gait training, back pain, post-operative rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, loss of balance, stroke rehabilitation and much more.

Southern Rehab Services provides individualized plans for each patient, as well as one-on-one patient care each and every day. Our goal is to help people return to a healthy and functional lifestyle while achieving success in daily living.
