Our Intensive Care Unit has specially-trained staff to care for more critical patients with lower nurse to patient ratio and 24/7 cardiac monitoring.
Our Pediatrics Unit, Kids’ Korner, is a 12-bed unit separated from other clinical areas. Each room is tastefully decorated to appeal to children and is equipped with both a T.V. and a DVD player. The rooms have sleeper chairs or recliners, so that parents can stay comfortably with their children. We also provide a food tray for a parent. The Kids’ Korner also has an activity room staff use to engage and play with their young patients to help them cope with their hospitalization.
