At Stephens County, our specialists’ partner with you in support. We provide the medical, emotional and social assistance you require as a result of heart or lung disease. Both our programs are certified with the American Association for Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.

Your Cardiopulmonary Rehab Team
The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation team consists of your personal physician, the Cardiopulmonary Rehab Medical Director of the program, a team of Cardiopulmonary Rehab Nurses, and a registered and licensed dietitian, the PharmD, and the Pharmacy Department Manager. Your team works together with you to develop lasting lifestyle changes, a treatment plan, and improved overall health and wellness
