Position: Administrator
Department: Administration
Hours: Full-Time
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of a 4 year College or University with a degree in Business Management, Health Care Management or pertinent healthcare field required.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health or pertinent healthcare field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare/business experience, including significant experience at a managerial level or higher.
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with people of all socioeconomic and education levels.
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission standards preferred.
  • A broad understanding of current pertinent healthcare issues in a rural setting required.
  • Ability to plan, organize, apply, direct, control and evaluate all resources (human, facilities, equipment, capital, other).
  • Physical and mental health sufficient to meet the demands of the job.

Position: Experienced Staff Nurse
Department: Medical Floor
Hours: Full-Time (36 Hours Per Week) 7PM – 7AM; Various Days
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an approved diploma, associate or bachelor nursing program.
  • BLS certification to be obtained within first month of employment. Current Georgia License as a Registered Nurse.
  • Physical and mental health sufficient to meet the demands of the job.

Position: Experienced Staff Nurse
Department: ICU
Hours: PRN; Various Days & Shifts
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an approved diploma, associate or bachelor nursing program.
  • BLS certification to be obtained within first month of employment.
  • Current Georgia License as a Registered Nurse.
  • ACLS certification within six months of employment or first available class.
  • Critical Care experience required.
  • Physical and mental health sufficient to meet the demands of the job.

Position: Mechanic
Department: Engineering
Hours: Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week) 3:30PM – 12AM; Monday – Friday
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Vocational training in industrial maintenance or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in hospital or industrial maintenance preferred.
  • Physical and mental health sufficient to meet the demands of the job.

Position: Phlebotomy Technician
Department: Laboratory
Hours: Occasional; Various Days & Shifts
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Completion of Phlebotomy or Medical Office Assistant course preferred.
  • Previous experience in Phlebotomy preferred.
  • Physical and mental health sufficient to meet the demands of the job.

Position: Sleep Lab Technologist/Respiratory Therapist
Department: Respiratory Therapist
Hours: Occasional; Various Days & Shifts; Call Required
Qualifications:
  • Completion of training in an AMA-approved school of Respiratory Therapy.
  • Advanced education in sleep technology and the ability to either possess or be eligible for the Registry exam for Sleep medicine administered by the BRPT.
  • BLS certification within first month of employment.
  • Current Georgia Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP) license; Certification by the NBRC for either Registry or Certification as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Prior Sleep training experience in Respiratory Care.
  • NRP certification required within 6 months of employment.
  • ACLS and/or PALS certification preferred.
  • Physical and mental health sufficient to meet the demands of the job.

Position: Registration Clerk
Department: PBX/ER Registration
Hours: Part-Time; 20 Hours Per Week; Various Days & Shifts
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous switchboard or registration experience with understanding of medical terminology preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of CRT Operation.
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute with emphasis on accuracy.
  • Physical and mental health sufficient to meet the demands of the job.

Position: Diet Aide/Relief Cook
Department: Nutrition Services
Hours: Part-Time; One-Week – Saturday, Sunday (2 Days); One-Week –  Saturday, Sunday and Various Weekday (3 Days); Shift Will Vary
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to read, write and follow instructions.
  • Quantity cooking and food service experience required.
  • Must be able to learn “special diets” and pass test in 90 days.
