Levels Of Giving
As a not-for-profit, tax exempt 501(c)3 philanthropic corporation, the Stephens County Hospital Foundation vows to provide sound stewardship of all contributions. The following giving levels are available through the Stephens County Hospital Foundation and all donations are based upon cumulative totals.
FRIENDS OF THE FOUNDATION
$25.00 - $99.00
Friends of the Foundation was created to recognize individuals who have made contributions to the Foundation of $25 to $99. These contributions are a vital part of our day to day care giving.
FOOTHILLS CLUB
$100.00 - $999.00
Foothills Club was created to recognize individuals who have made contributions to the Foundation of $100 to $999. This group of individuals serves as an important part of our solution in helping us reach our goals.
CURRAHEE LEAGUE
$1,000.00 - $4,999.00
Currahee League was created to recognize individuals who have made contributions to the Foundation of $1,000 to $4,999. These charitable gifts have helped enhance patient care provided by the staff of Stephens County Hospital.
PEAK CIRCLE
$5,000.00 - $49,999.00
Peak Circle of giving was created to recognize individuals who have made contributions to the Foundation of $5,000 to $49,999. This group of individuals plays an important role in providing state-of-the-art health care for our community.
THE SUMMIT GROUP
$50,000.00 - $99,999.00
The Summit Group was created to recognize individuals who have made contributions to the Foundation of $50,000 to $99,999. This group of individuals is committed benefactors who desire to invest in health care excellence provided by Stephens County Hospital.
THE PINNACLE SOCIETY
$100,000.00 +
The Pinnacle Society was created to recognize individuals who have made contributions to the Foundation totaling $100, 000 or more. These generous benefactors have made a personal pledge to promote health care and improve the quality of life for all citizens of our community served by Stephens County Hospital.

Our Corporate Honor Roll is those businesses who have chosen to partner with the Stephens County Hospital Foundation in supporting the mission of improving the health care provided to the citizens of our community.
H.O.P.E. – EMPLOYEE GIVING CLUB
Stephens County Hospital has a very special group of employees who partner with the Foundation by donating to the Employee Giving Club. H.O.P.E. – Helping Our Patients Excel, was created exclusively for employees of Stephens County Hospital who realize how precious the gift of good health can be and who strive for excellence and professionalism in care.
